Today, our gardeners from Yr2 and Yr6 worked collaboratively to put a new layer of bark chippings in the willow maze.  They filled the wheelbarrows using shovels, which wasn't easy as the bark was frozen into big lumps because of the chilly conditions, then transported it across to the willow maze.  It was very rewarding to see the huge pile of bark gone and the willow maze looking fresh and tidy.  We also did some more leaf clearing, which seems endless at this time of year.
