In class, we have been reading 'An Alien in the Jam Factory' and on Wednesday we were lucky enough to meet the author of the story.  First, we warmed up by using our bodies to make different shapes of fruits.  Then we were very excited to listen to Chrissie Sains talking about her books and to invent our own new jam.
